Abstract本发明公开了一种镍基高温合金的激光冲击强化方法,属于高温合金技术领域。该方法在合金试件表面覆盖吸收层后,再在吸收层上施加约束层约束激光冲击波增加冲击力;然后以脉宽为3‑40ns、波长为532nm或1064nm、激光能量为0.5‑20J、重复频率为0.1‑10Hz、光束直径为0.5‑10mm的激光束进行预冲击处理,接着将高温加热板加热并保持在200℃,以激光束进行冲击处理;本发明方法处理的镍基高温合金试件表面显微硬度可提高20%以上,使用寿命提高30%以上,且工艺简单,延寿效果显著、效率高、成本低、无污染。
Other AbstractA nickel-based high-temperature alloy laser impact strengthening method comprises covering nickel-based high-temperature alloy test piece with 80-150 mu m absorbing layer comprising black paint, foil or adhesive tape, mounting onto workbench, applying 1-3 mm constraining layer comprising optical transparent glass, laser shock processing with pulse width of 3-40 ns, wavelength of 532 nm or 1064nm, laser energy of 0.5-10 J, repetition frequency of 0.1-10 Hz and beam diameter of 0.5-10 mm, pre-impact processing at overlapping rate of 0-50% for 1-2 times, heating at 200 degrees C, laser shock processing at pulse width of 3-40 ns, wavelength of 532 nm or 1064 nm, laser energy of 1-20 J, repetition frequency of 0.1-10 Hz and beam diameter of 0.5-10 mm, and impact processing at overlapping rate of 0-50% for 2-6 times.
