Abstract本发明涉及一种基于双层结构预测控制的工业循环水节能优化控制方法,根据工业循环水系统的配置,建立循环水系统的动态模型和稳态模型;设置被控变量的优先级、操作变量的优先级、操作变量的效益方向以及操作变量与被控变量之间的相关性方向;建立目标函数,根据工艺条件和稳态模型构建约束条件;如果有可行域,得到最优操作点;否则对被控变量的约束条件适当放松,得到最优操作点;将得到的最优操作点做为设定值,建立模型预测控制器,并实施控制作用。本发明实现循环水系统各生产单元的回水温度始终处于其最高允许温度下运行,同时,使循环水系统的管网输出流量减少,压力降低。进而实现降低运行成本,系统节能的效果。
Other AbstractThe method involves establishing a dynamic model and a steady state model of an industrial circulating water system according to configuration of the industrial circulating water system. Priority of a controlled variable is set according to requirements of a production process. Target function is established with minimum energy consumption. Judgment is made to check whether feasible region satisfies a constraint condition. Optimal operating point is obtained as a set value. A model predictive controller is established for implementing control function.
