Abstract目前我国多采用放射源和动态称重系统进行烟箱缺条检测,放射源型检测方式的辐射作用对人体存在危害,容易造成环境污染,称重系统会因空气中水分含量的不同而出现误判。机器视觉具有非接触式检测优势,并因其无污染特性受到普遍欢迎。设计一种基于智能相机的封箱机香烟缺条视觉在线检测系统原理组成、基本结构和工作过程,结合相应的智能图像处理与模式识别算法,使系统能准确的判断缺陷类型。实践证明,系统工作稳定,满足现场需求。
Other AbstractAt present,our country makes more use of dynamic weighing system and radioactive sources inspecting the article lack of sealing machine.Sources of the radiation detector means there is harmful to humans,likely to cause environmental pollution,and weighing systems in the air moisture content lead to the emergence of different misjudgment.Machine vision has the advantage of non-contact detection,and its pollution characteristics were generally welcomed.A smart camera based on lack of cigarettes article sealin...
