Abstract针对原有PASSIM70卷接机组烟支重量及紧头控制系统电路结构复杂,稳定性差,检测和调整相对滞后的问题,设计开发了基于DSP为核心控制单元的质量实时调控系统。阐述新系统的硬件和软件的设计思想、控制原理及系统的组成结构,并对系统功能具体实现的方法加以说明。通过在卷接机组上的实际应用,实现了对烟支重量的控制以及紧头的实时跟踪,保证了烟支的质量。
Other AbstractIn order to solve the problem of complex circuit construction,instability and lag adjustment in PASSIM70 cigarette machine s weight and dense-end position control system,real-time detection and control system was designed based on DSP processor as core of control unit.The control principle and the instruction of both system s hardware and software were discussed;furthermore,the function and realization of system were described.Through the application of control system on cigarette machine,cigarette weight a...
